The snow was deep and the fun-o-meter was hitting the top! Such good times again for that fifth season. A huge thanks to all of you who came to ski with us, the owners Dan and Dale, the managers, the outdoor staff, the indoor staff, the ladies at the office, See you next winter for another amazing season!

Jaffrey was putting on a show too! Jaffrey definitely gets a three year immunization against the “Pink Purse” for his insane improvements at powder skiing! Obviously that is subject to change in case of a big enough pursuable offense. For people who have never been at Chatter Creek, be shure to ask whoever will be doing the welcome speech during the first diner about the “Pink Purse” for clarifications!

It was great alright, my last three week shift was just a long streak of stormy weather and deep powder conditions. See for yourself!

All of us got to see the Sullivan Fault (the face with all the curved earth layer lines), Mount Columbia ( 3747 metres, more info), the Columbia Icefield, Mount Tsar( 3424 metres, more info). We got to ski five lines down the glacier including a Throttler’s Notch (see captions).

Dylan Page and Alain Sleigher go out there everyday on each snowcat to capture your experience out there. Crashing in front of one of them is the best gift you can give your group as they will all be able to enjoy it and laugh about it around a delicious drink of their choice.
